The Role

We are seeking a confident and dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a classroom in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that students remain engaged with pre-set work while maintaining a positive and productive learning atmosphere

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise classes across various subjects and year groups, ensuring a calm and focused learning environment.
• Deliver pre-planned lessons and activities, maintaining high expectations of student behavior and engagement.
• Support students with their learning, responding to questions and encouraging participation

About You

• Has experience working with young people, ideally in an educational setting
• Possesses strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Is adaptable, resilient, and able to work independently.
