Job Title: PA to Headteacher
Location: Secondary School, Tower Hamlets
Employment Type: Full-Time 8.30 4pm Occasional overtime (Paid)
Start Date: ASAP Long term placement Temp to perm
Salary: £20 per hour PAYE

About the Role:
anzuk Education is recruiting for an experienced and resilient Headteachers PA to work in a busy secondary school located in Tower Hamlets. We are searching for a candidate who is reliable and proactive with experience supporting Senior Leadership Teams in the UK and an Enhanced DBS on the update service. This is a long-term full-time role starting ASAP. We will accept candidates with a maximum of a two week notice period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage diaries and email inboxes
• Arrange internal and external meetings
• Book travel for the Senior Leadership Team
• To act as first point of contact in dealing with complaints as appropriate
• To assist, when necessary, in the organisation of whole school events; Celebration, Welcome and Open Evening, etc
• Have an in-depth knowledge of the general school operations, policies, procedures and processes
• Liaise with the School Governors ensuring they are kept informed of all school events

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS on the update or be willing to apply for one at registration with anzuk
• Available ASAP for a full-time opportunity - We will accept candidates with a maximum of a two week notice period
• Minimum six months of experience working in a school in the UK as a PA/EA
