Long term freelance opportunity for a Commercial Manager in Guildford.

I am currently assisting a market leading brand in their search for a Commercial Manager to join their team. Our client take pride in the developments they deliver and have regenerated various other schemes across the United Kingdom in the sectors of new build, fit out and refurbishment.

This an opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join the team on a freelance basis for a minimum of 6 months. An opportunity to work on a Grade 1 listed heritage project.

They are looking for someone that has a proven track record working and providing support with a Main contractor.

The ideal candidate for Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• Main contracting experience
• Commercial experience
• Cut and carve experience
