We are working with a brilliant school in the Caterham area who are looking for someone to join them as the Deputy Head to cover a parental leave.

Within this role you will be a key member of the school, working closely with a supportive Headteacher.

We are looking for someone:

• Who wants to strive for excellence in the school
• Will work within the schools ethos and values
• A caring and nurturing nature
• A brilliant communicator with the ability to build rapport with staff, pupils and parents
• Prior experience in a deputy head position
• Able to commit to the duration of the role
