Project Manager

Gortmore are working with a Leading contractor on a Civil s project and are looking for a Project Manager in the Surrey Heath Area.

The candidate must:

• Have Previous experience working on Civils projects working on drainage, Earthwork, service/drainage installation, Structures.
• Must maintain daily site diary and evaluate site progress to agreed programme.
• Identify project performance requirements, project goals, etc.
• Manage site team.
• Manage plant and site materials.
• Read and understand drawings and project specifications.
• Ensure workforce understand and adhere to project Risk assessments and Method statements.
• Have excellent communication skills and in delegating the importance and implantation of the construction process and hold regular meetings.
• Have excellent problem-solving capabilities and be able to raise any potential issues.
• Liaise with Clients regularly.
• Oversee and Ensure works are carried out to appropriate levels of cost, quality, and safety.
