The Learning Experience Specialist designs and delivers exceptional blended learning solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. Reporting to the Lead Learning Experience Manager, the role is integral to developing employee capabilities, enhancing engagement and performance, and ensuring learning initiatives align seamlessly with business objectives and priorities.

The Specialist will employ a data-driven approach to create impactful experiences that support continuous growth and deliver tangible value to both employees and the business.

This role demands a detail-oriented and results-driven professional with extensive expertise in blended learning strategies, digital learning design, and Learning Management System (LMS) administration.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Blended Learning Design:

  • Create and implement impactful blended learning solutions, combining e-learning, face-to-face training, virtual workshops, and on-the-job activities.
  • Design engaging and interactive learning experiences to meet diverse employee performance needs, aligning with business goals and employee roles.
  • Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions, utilising a variety of instructional techniques to ensure high-impact learning.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with the Lead Learning Experience Manager to align learning initiatives with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to gather insights and ensure training solutions meet contextual challenges.
  • Gather feedback to improve learning programs and address emerging training needs continuously.

LMS Management:

  • Administer and maintain the Learning Management System, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Upload, organise, and track learning content while generating reports on training participation and effectiveness.

Content Development and Delivery:

  • Develop engaging, high-quality training materials, including e-learning modules, guides, videos, and interactive resources.
  • Adapt content to different audiences, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility.

Performance Alignment:

  • Assist in conducting training needs analyses to identify gaps and recommend appropriate learning experiences that directly address root causes.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to ensure solutions contribute to measurable improvements in individual and team performance.
  • Support the integration of psychometric tools, such as Insights Discovery, to enhance personal and team development.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay informed about the latest trends in learning technologies and instructional design.
  • Evaluate and optimise existing learning programmes to ensure their effectiveness and alignment with best practices.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Industry Expertise: Experience in retail, hospitality, or F&B sectors, with an understanding of their unique challenges and dynamics.
  • Blended Learning: Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering blended learning programs that cater to diverse learning styles and environments.
  • LMS Proficiency: Strong experience in administering and optimising Learning Management Systems.
  • Content Development: Proven ability to create engaging digital and in-person training materials.
  • Exceptional skills in designing and delivering blended learning solutions.
  • Proficiency in managing and optimising LMS platforms, with a focus on user experience and analytics.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation abilities, capable of engaging audiences at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset for measuring training effectiveness and recommending data-driven improvements.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Collaborative and innovative approach to problem-solving.

LOCATION

  • This role is based in our West London Office working 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely (with some travel required)
  • Travel and overnight stays will be involved within the role, flexibility is essential. Ability to commute to the Support Office (W10 6TP) is a must and frequent travel to locations within the UK.
