Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Creative and Social Media sub-teams, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
• Develop and execute engaging multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness.
• Oversee social media strategy, managing content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials.
• Analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in coordinating and leading a marketing or creative team.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, fostering collaboration across teams.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) for designing marketing materials.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies, including content creation and audience engagement.
• Analytical mindset, with experience in tracking and evaluating marketing performance.
