Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? GSL Education is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Wandsworth. As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEND.
• Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored interventions and adapt learning materials.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment to help students achieve their full potential.
• Support students with diverse needs, including SEMH, autism, and physical disabilities.
• Help implement personalised Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).

• Previous experience in an SEN setting is preferable but not essential.
• A proactive, compassionate, and patient approach to supporting students with additional needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices.
