You'll be the main man (or woman) on the ground, leading the delivery of energy efficiency upgrades across a portfolio of 3 social housing properties simultaneously. This isn't a purely paperwork role; we need someone who understands the build, can read drawings inside out, and isn't afraid to manage design alterations as they come. Your background in design and build will be crucial in ensuring we deliver these projects right, first time.

Here's what you'll be getting stuck into:

• Running the show on site, plain and simple. You'll lead the lads (and lasses), making sure everyone knows what they're doing and hitting targets.
• Speaking the language of design. You'll be expected to understand the drawings, flag any issues, and manage design changes efficiently on site.
• Ensuring we nail the SHDF requirements. You'll need to know the score when it comes to compliance, quality, and how these projects need to be run.
• Keeping a tight ship across your 3 sites programme, resources, subs you re in control.
• Driving quality and safety no compromises.
• Getting to grips with new tech like Deluxe for site admin it s about making the job easier.
• Working as part of a team you ll be talking to other Site Managers and the regional leads.
• Showing the ropes to the less experienced members of the team.
• Keeping your tickets valid CSCS, Asbestos Awareness, SMSTS you know the drill.

• Proven track record 3-5 years minimum as a Site Manager, ideally on SHDF or similar retrofit gigs.
• Design and build brain you understand the process and can confidently interpret and manage design info.
• SHDF smarts you know the requirements and how these projects operate.
• Delivery focused you get projects finished on time and to spec.
• Top-notch communication and leadership skills you can get the best out of your team.
• Comfortable with digital tools you re not afraid of new software.
