A specialist SEMH school in West London is looking for a Primary Teacher to work with pupils whose social, emotional and mental health needs require a more personalised and structured approach to learning.

Key aspects of the role include:
• Delivering a personalised primary curriculum adapted to individual needs

• Maintaining calm, predictable routines and clear boundaries
• Working closely with support staff and therapeutic services
• Building trusting relationships that help pupils feel safe and understood

• Has experience with SEMH, behaviour support or complex needs, or a strong interest in this area
• Values structure, consistency and emotionally attuned teaching
• Is resilient, reflective and able to work collaboratively
• Is looking for a long-term role with professional support and stability

What the school offers

• Small class sizes and high staff-to-pupil ratios
• A supportive, well-organised SEMH environment
• A strong focus on staff wellbeing and professional development
• Regular training opportunities and additional CPD
• A leadership team that prioritises clarity, consistency and support
