They say honesty is the best policy. But not every firm gets the memo.Whether it's promises of clients that don't exist. Promises of support that isn't there. Or OTE figures seemingly plucked out of thin air. It's hard to trust a company when what they've told you at interview doesn't match up with reality.This business is different.Clients? They have them. Lots of them. They have a retiring IFA in Surrey and they need to replace them. There's £222,000 of ongoing fees to inherit, no validation and a 15% production bonus.And you get to advise them on an independent basis. Not always an easy thing to find nowadays. Income? Well you'll walk into at least £33,000 of bonus by joining due to the ongoing fees (paid quarterly). And there's 95% client retention when this firm handle a transition from a retiring adviser to a new one (this will be transition 13). You then get 15% on all new business and 15% as you grow ongoing. There's a company bonus (typically 4%) and a £3,600 car allowance.Starting salaries are structured. Inside the M25 there is a London weighting with a salary of up to £52,000. Those outside of the M25 start on £40,000. Those outside of the M25 but with Chartered status and a strong track record are considered on a case by case basis. Once you add the car allowance, salary, profit share and bonus together you'll be earning c£78,000 - c£90,000. And that's without any initial/new business. As you develop the client book and do more with existing clients you'll earn 15% on EVERYTHING you do. It's also worth noting that it is a "starting salary". The firm have introduced a way to move to a "senior" role and that means a higher salary. Support? You'll have someone on hand to sort valuations and schedule meetings/reviews. And they have someone on hand for all queries relating to their client system. Paraplanning support is not standard - for now. The company have just hired their first paraplanner and they will be growing this team.And they're doing that because know they're not perfect. But firms that know that go out of their way to get better which is why they have invested in their compliance/T&C function. Why they've bolstered customer service and why they've added a paraplanning team.And we know the people here well. They're a great bunch. You'll find that out at interview.Alongside the above support you'll have a dedicated manager who is light touch but present. There's a proper induction (expensed). A proper handover from the outgoing planner. And whilst you'll work remotely you won't feel remote. Benefits:

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:You'll be a level 4 qualified financial planner (IFA or restricted). You will need CAS and in the region 2 years+ experience as an adviser.You will enjoy working in an environment where you empowered. You'll be a self-starter. And you'll have decent technical knowledge across pensions and investments in particular.Clients are spready across Surrey with some very HNW ones in Sussex.
