Job Advert: SEND Administrator Hayes

We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive SEND Administrator to join our team at a school in Hayes. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, offering a competitive salary of £23,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the SEN department.
• Manage student records and ensure accurate documentation.
• Coordinate effective communication between staff, parents, and external agencies.
• Assist with the implementation and monitoring of safeguarding policies.
• Support the overall smooth operation of the school's SEND services.

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proven experience in administrative tasks, with an ability to handle sensitive data.
• A strong commitment to supporting the educational needs of students with SEND.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
