Position: MFL Teacher (French or Spanish preferred)

About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Modern Foreign Languages Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Reading. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire students in French, Spanish, or both, fostering a love for languages and cultures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Inspire students to achieve academic excellence and develop a passion for languages.
• Create an inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learning needs.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with the MFL department to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources.

Person Specification:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Degree in French, Spanish, or a related field.
• Experience teaching MFL at Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 experience is desirable).
• Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
