Contracts Manager

Job Role: Contracts Manager

Area: London

Salary: £55k - £65k

My client is looking for a Contracts Manager to join the team based in London. Provide technical assistance/fault finding to engineers & resolve problems for a variety of systems in commercial and residential buildings across London and surrounding areas.

Duties:

• Dealing with onsite technical issues as they arise and assisting engineers to ensure all works are run smoothly.
• Ensure PPM works are carried out to a high standard.
• Ensuring that all plant on site systems is well documented and recorded efficiently.
• Ensuring Compliance with Health and Safety regulations/risk assessments
• Communicating with help desk of call-out progress through to completion
• Reporting to Line Manager/ Directors on site issues Liaising with sub-contractors/clients.
• Be able to identify development needs.
• Provide appropriate levels of coaching, development, and support to the apprentices.
• Ensuring all PPM is completed on time & ensure frequencies are adhered to minimise time on callouts/ minimise return visits to job.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Proven experience, with a strong background in a supervisory role
• Ability to work independently and efficiently across multiple sites.
• Relevant qualifications and certifications
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
