Summary
As a personal care assistant at ROMIS CARE SERVICES LTD, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users to maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life. This position is essential for delivering compassionate care and ensuring that our clients receive the support they need in their daily activities.Based on the individual's preference, we are looking for a male candidate for this position.
Responsibilities
Assist service users with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Support clients with mobility and daily living activities to promote independence.
Help develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to individual needs.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in health or behavior.
Communicate effectively with service users, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Encourage social interaction and engagement in community activities.
Requirements
Previous experience in home care or personal assistance of specially abled individuals is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
Basic IT skills for record-keeping and communication purposes.
