Maintenance Supervisor

CambridgeSalary-Negotiable Depending on experience Monday-Friday days flexible between 7am-7pm.

You will be joining a market-leading manufacturing business specialising in the production of a wide range of equipment and components used in the aerospace, defence and industrial industries.
Due to continued expansion and progression within their market, this exciting forward-thinking company is now looking for an experienced electrical maintenance team leader/supervisor or similar to oversee and manage a small maintenance team.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

Arrange and oversee planned maintenance planning, preparation, execution and post reporting.

Work with production and planning teams to maximise production capacity.

Control and management of spare parts, repairable items and other stock

Ensure maintenance standards are continually kept to.

Maintain any maintenance records and documentation

Uphold a strong level of health & safety throughout the team.

Skills and Experience required:

Recognised Electrical Engineering Degree or equivalent.

18TH Edition

Ability to manage several tasks and responsibilities at once.

Experience within a leadership role or relevant experience being able to show you can take the next step.

Strong health & safety experience & knowledge
