We are looking to build a bank of reliable, caring, and enthusiastic Midday Supervisors to join our team and support primary schools across Sittingbourne. This is a flexible supply role, ideal for those who enjoy working with children and are looking for part-time work that can fit around other commitments.

About the RoleAs a Midday Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise children during the lunch break, both in the dining hall and on the playground.
• Encourage positive play and social interaction.
• Support with promoting good behaviour and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all pupils.
• Help younger children with routines, such as eating and tidying up.

What We're Looking For

• A caring, patient and approachable manner.
• Good communication skills with both children and adults.
• Reliability and flexibility to work across different schools when needed.
• Experience of working with children is desirable but not essential - training will be provided.
