Central London corporate finance boutique - Senior analyst / Associate

We are seeking to hire a senior analyst / associate to join our team in central London. The successful candidate will assist the senior members of the firm in executing a range of M&A, restructurings and fundraising mandates.

Responsibilities

• Build and analyse financial models
• Conduct company and industry research
• Create client presentations
• Perform valuation analysis (comparable companies, precedent transactions)
• Assist in the coordination of due diligence processes
• Assist in transaction management and deal execution, collaborating with other external advisers
• Support business development initiatives and origination of new opportunities
• Work closely with the senior directors

Requirements

• Strong academic qualifications - ideally with a degree in finance, economics or a STEM subject
• Minimum of 2 years finance (M&A, corporate finance) or accounting experience
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Excellent analytical abilities
• Good communication skills (fluent English both written & verbal)
• Precise mindset and enthusiasm for learning from senior personnel
