We're working with a leading global insurance services provider who are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join their team on a 12-month FTC.

This role is focused on Acturis platform implementation for commercial lines insurance products across multiple client locations, including the UK and Singapore. You'll play a key role in gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and ensuring a smooth delivery for clients.

What you'll be doing:

• Running client requirement workshops and translating needs into clear functional and configuration specifications.
• Leading the end-to-end configuration of the Acturis platform for commercial lines.
• Providing training and support to junior BAs and other team members on Acturis functionality.
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders & clients across the business

What we're looking for:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst within the London market insurance or insurance broker industry.
• Proven track record in Acturis platform implementation for commercial lines.
• Skilled at requirement gathering, workshop facilitation, and functional specification writing.
• Hands on configuration experience within Acturis.
