Customer Success Manager

Our client are a global provider of SAAS solutions. They are seeking a retail focussed customer success manager who will manage client journeys and relationships across Northern Europe. This person would suit someone who is working in similar role in software for retail or someone who is a Business Analyst, Account Manager or project manager within a retailer and looking for an exciting challenge that will use their skills and knowledge whilst learning new onesThe role is part of a 50 strong London based team many of which come from retail background.
