Vehicle Architecture Development Engineer - 56304 - Dunton (Hybrid) - Up to £29.52/hr rising to £35.65/hr after 12 weeks - Inside IR35

What You Will Do:

• VA engineers are responsible for establishing and delivering the fundamental layout of vehicles. You will lead Vehicle Architecture development, setting the fundamental layout of vehicles including dimensions, mass balance, and occupant positions.
• Ensure mechanical arrangements are geometrically compatible, playing a pivotal role from the inception of the programme to its culmination.
• Excel in project and people management, demonstrating tenacity in resolving issues.
• Deliver compelling written and oral presentations, effectively interfacing with senior management.
• Tackle complex, multi-dimensional problems, presenting solutions with clarity and precision.

What You Will Bring:

• A degree in an Engineering discipline, underpinning your technical prowess.
• Proven experience in delivering vehicle programs, showcasing your ability to bring projects from concept to reality.
• Exceptional project and people management skills, with a track record of resolving issues effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to engage and persuade senior management.
• Familiarity with FEDE, PLM, CAE, CAD, Auros - E2KS, and Digital Buck tools - CATIA abilities preferred.
