Summary

We have a great opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition Team on a fixed term basis. The role will report to Talent Acquisition Lead within the Engineering part of the business and will play a key role in getting the best candidates in the market to the business for when the business need them

This role will include putting together sourcing strategies, building high-quality candidate pipelines and delivering exceptional recruitment support to our Senior Leadership Team and wider hiring community.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys proactive sourcing, problem-solving and partnering with the business to influence recruitment outcomes.

Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:

  • Implementing effective resourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines and support business hiring needs.
  • Managing the recruitment process from end-to-end, including advertising, shortlisting applicants, managing candidate communication and supporting hiring managers at interview stages.
  • Maintaining and updating our Applicant Tracking System, ensuring data accuracy and producing meaningful recruitment insights.
  • Supporting recruitment-related project work, ensuring compliance with legislation, best practice and NG Bailey processes.
  • Managing relationships with third-party suppliers and ensuring value for money.
  • Ensuring a fair, unbiased and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Supporting resource planning and volume recruitment campaigns across the business.

You'll be confident working with stakeholders at all levels, bring a solutions-focused mindset, and enjoy searching for and engaging with talent across a range of disciplines.

You'll thrive in this role if you demonstrate strong communication skills, build trusted relationships, and bring tenacity, team spirit and attention to detail to everything you do. Someone who can juggle multiple priorities while providing a great candidate and hiring manager experience.

You'll bring:

  • Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, ideally within an in-house or RPO environment.
  • Ability to source and engage passive candidates using various search techniques and platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to advise, influence and challenge where needed.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
  • A commitment to delivering an exceptional and inclusive candidate experience.
