Your new companyHays are currently working with a prestigious commercial client who are looking to bring in a new Multi-trader to their team on a permanent basis. The role requires the right operative to be competent in all trades, such as repair work, building maintenance, minor plumping, carpentry and painting/decorating. Your new roleYou will be working predominantly all on one site.All tools will be provided for you on site.A driving licence is required (Van provided)You will be working mainly alone but also part of a team.You will work through a scheduled maintenance program.Working through the hotel/spa/golf course and tennis court.What you'll need to succeedMust be confident in repair work, carpentry, minor plumbing, painting/decorating.You will need to be available to work both days and nights, alongside some weekends and occasional bank holidays. You must be able to provide reference details. Ability to work under time-constrained conditionsNVQ OR C&G in any fieldYou must be trained in Health and Safety.What you'll get in returnThis is a permanent role, with an annual salary of £37,500.
