Mechanical Site Manager

We are looking for a Mechanical Building Services Site Manager for a long standing client who are an M&E Building Services Sub-contractor. The role is based near Blackheath in London on an important residential Development consisting of several blocks of apartments. Our client is responsible for a proportion of the Mechanical Installation and have just secured a new section of work. This is a professional, respected company who look after their people well.

Previous Mechanical Site Management Residential Project experience essential. Our client is looking for someone who can start quickly. You must be able to provide good reference sources if selected. The role involves controlling day-to-day Mechanical/plumbing installation, liaising with management and effectively controlling the site team. Interesting project for a stable and respected company. Contract basis, although staff status also considered if preferred by you.
