Solutions Architect

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Solutions Architect who will take ownership of a key project involving the design of a new solution for improving their internal training systems.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable architecture experience across Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Experience Systems (LXS) and HCM.

Key Responsibilities/Skills Required

• Creation of an as-is view of business capabilities, supporting tech capabilities and related data/application/tech
• Creation of a Solution Vision to incorporate the architectural principles, business requirements and potential transition stages
• Creation of a High-Level Design to provide the direction for delivery of the solution
• Low Level Design and implementation adherence
• Wider appreciation of the identity and employee lifecycle
• Workday
