Are you an ambitious and knowledgeable Economics Teacher looking for a permanent opportunity in a forward-thinking secondary school?

We are working in partnership with a high-performing secondary school in Barking & Dagenham to appoint a Teacher of Economics for a February or April start. This is a full-time, permanent position, open to both Early Career Teachers and experienced practitioners with QTS.

The Role:

Deliver engaging and rigorous Economics lessons, primarily at KS5 (with potential KS4 Business/Economics)

Inspire students to develop strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Contribute to curriculum development within a successful Social Sciences/Business faculty

Support students in achieving outstanding A-Level outcomes
