Intervention Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Intervention Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Ealing. You will support small group work, lead reading sessions, and provide essential resources to help students reach their full potential.

The Role:

• Working with small groups to reinforce learning
• Leading engaging reading groups to develop literacy skills
• Supporting teachers in planning and delivering interventions
• Providing tailored resources to enhance student progress
• Encouraging and motivating students to achieve their best

Ideal Candidate:

• A recent graduate (or equivalent) - ideal for aspiring teachers!
• Passionate about education and making a difference
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Experience working with children (desirable but not essential)
