About the Role:

• Managing procurement processes for internal finishes packages
• Cost management and reporting
• Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensuring budgets and timelines are met
• Immediate start available

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Project Surveyor
• Strong procurement expertise, particularly in internal finishes
• Residential or major construction project experience preferred
• At least 3-5 years site experience
• Ability to start immediately
