Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire

Hours: 40 Hours per week (daytime hours only!)

Kitchen Manager - What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing a high-energy, branded kitchen with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Leading and developing a large kitchen team, ensuring smooth service
• Overseeing stock control, audits, and financial performance (P&L, waste, and cost control)
• Ensuring top-notch food safety, hygiene, and compliance

Kitchen Manager - What We're Looking For:

• Previous Kitchen Manager experience in a branded, fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills, with a passion for team development
• Experience with financials, stock takes, and audits
• A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering fresh, high-quality food
• A full driving license & own transport (due to location)
