Are you an enthusiastic and motivated Early Career Teacher looking to kickstart your teaching journey in a supportive and welcoming primary school?

We are working with a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Croydon that is seeking a passionate ECT to teach a lovely Year 4 class on a long-term basis. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your teaching practice in a well-resourced setting with a strong leadership team and excellent mentoring support.

• Full-time Year 4 Class Teacher position

• Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons aligned with the KS2 national curriculum

• Supporting pupils of varying abilities to reach their full potential

• Collaborating with a dedicated team of teachers and support staff

• Participating in staff meetings, training, and school life

• Holds QTS and has ECT status (or completing induction)

• Passionate about creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment

• Strong classroom management skills and a positive attitude

• Keen to develop professionally and take part in a supportive ECT programme

• Committed to building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

• Confident with a can-do attitude
• Adaptable and Approachable
