Our client can offer you equity potential and the opportunity for future Partnership. They are considering candidates up to Director level for this unique opportunity. You will head their busy Civils team successfully delivering infrastructure and drainage design.

This is a pivotal role where you will influence the direction of the infrastructure division, taking on significant responsibility whilst growing the team around you.

Key requirements:

• Chartered status
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to think strategically at a detailed level
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Strong commitment to quality and professional development
• Poven ability to lead and motivate a team, providing mentorship and development for junior colleagues
• Conduct stakeholder consultations
