Job Requirements/Description
Clearfield are currently recruiting an experienced customer care operative on behalf of a family run main contractor based in Amersham, Bucks.
Working on behalf of local authorities, the role will be to manage the full defect period cycle across sites within the M25.
The full cycle will involve assessing job sheets, speaking with residents to book in works, complete defect items and the recording of works.
A company vehicle will be provided.
Office base: Amersham, Bucks
Suitable applicants will posses:
- Own full compliment of tools
- Full clean driving license
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong diary management
