We're looking for a passionate and proactive Brand Ambassador to represent an Organic Beauty Brand in London. You'll be the face of our certified natural and organic skincare brand, engaging customers, driving sales, and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers through traffic-stopping and genuine conversations
- Deliver expert skincare consultations (training provided)
- Represent the brand at in-store and external events (e.g. press launches, trade shows)
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and stock presentation
- Collaborate with our wider ambassador team across London and Liverpool
Shift Details:
- Flexible rota: 2, 3, or 4 days per week
- Includes key trading days (Saturdays/Sundays) with rotating weekends off
- Occasional late shifts (e.g. until 8pm during peak periods like Christmas)
Who We're Looking For
- Sales-focused: Proven experience in beauty/skincare retail
- Personable & proactive: Approachable, chatty, and confident in starting conversations
- Independent & reliable: Able to work solo and take initiative
- Skincare-savvy: Comfortable discussing skin types and product benefits (not required to be a therapist)
- Brand-aligned: Shares our values around sustainability and clean beauty
- Presentation: Smart black attire required; no fake lashes or nails in line with our natural ethos
Training & Development
You'll receive full training, including:
