Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team. This role is ideal for professionals located in West or Central Kent who are eager to contribute to high-impact projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the quantity surveying process for multiple projects.
• Prepare and manage budgets, cost reports, and financial forecasts.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards.
• Provide expert advice on contractual and commercial matters.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Education, Healthcare, Leisure, Commercial, or Government projects.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with relevant software and industry standards.
