AV Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AV/ IT Engineer to support the technology needs in the public sector. This temporary role requires strong technical expertise in IT and AV systems to deliver seamless service.

Description

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV equipment for meetings and events.
• Provide technical support for IT and AV systems, ensuring smooth operation.
• Collaborate with the technology team to maintain and improve system performance.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of new IT and AV equipment.
• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with organisational standards and protocols.
• Provide user training and support for IT and AV systems when required.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment and technical issues.

Profile

A successful IT / AV Engineer should have:

• Proven experience in IT and AV support, preferably in the public sector.
• Strong knowledge of AV equipment and IT systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills to liaise with team members and users.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing technical requirements.
