Summary: Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Join Residential Management Group as a Customer Service Advisor and be a key part of our dynamic team. You will handle customer enquiries on a variety of issues, ensuring accurate and timely responses in accordance with RMG policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Communication: Receive and assess customer communication via phone and email, ensuring cases are completed within the SLA. Refer to senior/specialist staff when necessary for first call resolution.
  • Site Visits: Aim to go on monthly site visits to increase knowledge of RMG's portfolio and strengthen relationships with on-site staff and property managers.
  • Transaction Recording: Ensure all transactions with customers are recorded in a timely, accurate, and effective manner, maintaining and enhancing data integrity.
  • Skill Development: Develop and maintain required skills, including proficiency in relevant software tools and systems, to facilitate efficient delivery of work activities.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an appropriate understanding of relevant RMG products, services, and solution frameworks to improve customer service.
  • Compliance: Maintain knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements relevant to the role. Support and promote compliance within the role and the business.
  • Risk Management: Be aware of the risks and controls associated with the role, and report new risks and/or incidents that could impact the business, staff, or customers.
  • Team Support: Support team colleagues by providing help, guidance, and advice to less experienced staff, enabling the team to improve its performance.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements related to customer service.
