What You'll Be Doing:

Reporting to the Stores Team Leader, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sourcing, ordering and maintaining sufficient stock levels of materials required to maintain and repair our operational assets.

As a Store person you will be based at our central stores at our Redhill HQ in Surrey and will undertake a wide range of activities in the warehouse including dealing with internal staff and contractor stock requirements and queries, taking receipt of incoming supplier deliveries as well as picking stock for customer collections.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that orders are completed within departmental SLAs and making sure that our teams get the materials they require to support operational activities.

We are a 24/7/365 business and as a result you will also be expected to support emergency out of hour's requirements through participation in a standby rota

What We're Looking For:

You will have a proven track record of experience in supply chain, purchase order management, and vendor management. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication is a must. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Navision would be a plus.

You will be highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently with excellent communication skills.

You will have a GCSE Grade 4 (or equivalent) in Maths and English. A Forklift Licence is a bonus but not essential.
