Head of Finance

Summary:

Lead the Finance Team and Finance Business Partners to support the Exec Finance Director, meet the organisations strategic objectives and create efficient support for the group and third-party clients.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain an appropriate balance between financial control and enabling change.
• Provide and interpret financial advice and information to support the business to achieve strategic objectives.
• Coordinate the preparation of the monthly management accounts, the annual preparation and audit of the financial statements.
• Produce quarterly financial KPI's.
• Ensure a robust financial control framework.
• Develop and implement appropriate treasury policy and strategies, streamlining processes.
• Manage strong working relationships with external parties including lenders and auditors.
• Maintain oversight of cash-flow requirements.

Requirements:

• Fully Qualified accountant.
• Recent Social Housing experience as a Head of Finance
• Commercial awareness and ability to influence and collaborate with management.
• Able to commit to some onsite working.
