Interim FP&A Specialist

You will be responsible for managing the 30-year business plan.

You will work closely with different areas of the business, including budgets and spend, to deliver our corporate plan and ensure the Group operates within our financial capacity by remaining compliant with our treasury standards, lender covenants, and rating agency metrics.

The successful candidate should have/be:
Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
A thorough understanding of key long-term financial planning approaches and principles.
The ability to interpret and analyse financial statements.
An understanding of key financial metrics, such as lender covenants and rating agencies' metrics.
Excellent Excel financial modelling skills.
Experience with Proval or a similar development appraisal system.
Experience in preparing and presenting Financial Forecast Returns, although not essential.
Proficiency in Brixx software and UK social housing or residential property development experience would be desirable.

Seeking someone who can accurately manage various sources of data input and consolidate it to prepare a comprehensive business plan. You must be comfortable presenting financial data and explaining outputs to non-finance colleagues.
