Skilled Maintenance Workers Required!

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and facilities are maintained in optimal condition, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance tasks, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

This will be working on Movie Trailers and all that would be required on them.

Duties

• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairs, adjustments, and replacements of mechanical and electrical components.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective supervision of maintenance operations.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management.
• Demonstrate leadership skills by guiding less experienced staff in maintenance procedures and best practices.

Skills

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills.
• Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand and interpret schematics.
• Experience in electrical systems maintenance is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a logical approach to troubleshooting.
• Leadership qualities that enable effective supervision of maintenance activities.
• Customer service orientation, ensuring that all interactions are professional and courteous.
• Familiarity with welding techniques is an advantage but not essential.
