Assistant Site Manager required on a New Build residential project in Walthamstow, E17

Role: Assistant Site Manager

Location: Walthamstow, E17

Company Overview: Our client is a leading Contractor/Developer specialising in new build residential contracts typically between £25m and £100m in value in London. They have an outstanding reputation for regenerating communities and are regularly being awarded Large Housebuilder of the year, First Time Buyer Readers Award and a number of WhatHouse? Awards.

Project: Large regeneration in Walthamstow, E17 on which our client is starting the next phase. This phase consists of 245 RC frame apartments up to 8 storeys and small number of traditional build houses. Piling starts in April so the successful candidate will get the opportunity to see it from cradle to grave.

Position: We require an Assistant Site Manager to work on the project reporting to the Project Manager.

Individual: The successful candidate will have a few experience on site in a management role. A construction related degree or trade background would be preferred coupled with ambition and drive to progress.
