Externals Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Externals Site Manager to oversee the fa ade and external works on a large residential development in Woolwich. Knowledge of SFS (Steel Frame Systems) is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing all external works, including SFS, fa ade, cladding, roofing, and groundworks.
• Ensuring all work is completed to programme, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers to maintain smooth site operations.
• Conducting inspections and ensuring strict adherence to health & safety regulations.
• Resolving on-site issues and liaising with project managers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing externals on large residential schemes.
• Strong knowledge of SFS, fa ade systems, and external envelope construction.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
