Key responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and innovative English Language and Literature lessons to students aged 11-18 (KS3 - KS5).
Ensuring students achieve their best possible outcomes.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and progress.
Contribute to the development of the English curriculum and extracurricular activities.
Monitor and support the progress of students, providing feedback and guidance to help them succeed.
Requirements:
A qualified teacher with UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and a degree in English or a related field.
Experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4, with a proven track record of achieving excellent results.
A passion for literature and language, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
A collaborative and proactive approach, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
