Tradewind are seeking a SEN Teacher to join a SEN Specialist School in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, which supports students with complex learning needs and social, emotional, or communication difficulties. The school provides a nurturing, inclusive environment where every learner is encouraged to achieve their full potential through tailored teaching and strong pastoral care.

Role: SEN Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver lessons to KS3/4 pupils with individual learning structures in place.
• Support students with a range of special educational needs.
• Maintain accurate records of progress and contribute to EHCP reviews.
• Promote positive behaviour and a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Provide Pastoral Care as a Form Tutor.

Requirements:

• Direct SEN Teaching Experience.
• Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent degree.
• Enhanced DBS Checked (with subscription the update service).
• Full Employment and Education History (with 2 references consented and available)
• Based in or reliably commutable to Amersham, Buckinghamshire
