Our client is a global leader in data science solutions, helping organizations transform data into actionable insights. They work across industries and leverage advanced AI, machine learning, and analytics to drive business outcomes.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an Account Manager / Client Partner to nurture and grow an existing relationship with a leading Retail Consumer Goods client in London. This is a "farmer" role focused on deepening engagement, identifying opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will work closely with client stakeholders and internal delivery teams to drive Data and AI solutions adoption.

Account manager (look for 8-10 years profiles not more than that) target for Data Analytic companies who is selling Data and AI services (not product ) to retail clients

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in IT Services account management or client partner roles.
  • Experience selling Data, AI, analytics, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Solution selling experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with onsite client engagement in London.
  • Ability to work independently and manage account growth.
  • Experience with Retail or Consumer Goods clients is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client, building strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Grow existing business by identifying opportunities to expand Data, AI, and analytics solutions within the client account.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery, solution, and technical teams to ensure client success and satisfaction.
  • Develop account plans, track progress, and report on business performance.
  • Conduct onsite visits 3-4 times per week to foster relationships and understand client needs.
  • Support proposal development, solution presentations, and commercial negotiations.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to internal teams to influence solution offerings and go-to-market strategies.
