The Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef with exceptional standards and a creative flair for menu development. You will be confident leading a busy kitchen, producing high-quality dishes, and maintaining strong supplier relationships. You will manage all aspects of food safety and health and safety compliance, while motivating and training your team to deliver consistently excellent results.
What We're Looking For
Experience in high-volume kitchens and busy event periods such as Christmas
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to manage kitchen operations including stock control and ordering
Creativity with menus and specials
Knowledge of kitchen health and safety and food hygiene regulations
A background in gastro pubs or high-end restaurants
