Key Responsibilities: Provide classroom support in EYFS and KS1/2, working with individuals and small groups Assist with phonics, early literacy and numeracy interventions Support children with additional learning needs including EAL and SEND Help prepare lesson materials and set up activities to encourage active learning Work closely with class teachers and the SEN team to implement personalised strategies Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment

Ideal Candidate Will Have: Experience working in a primary school or EYFS setting Understanding of early learning development and behaviour management strategies A calm, caring and enthusiastic approach to supporting young children Willingness to learn and take on greater responsibility over time An interest in progressing towards a HLTA or specialist support role
