About the Role - Teaching Assistant - Brent

• Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities
• Work with students on a one-to-one or small group basis, providing additional support where needed
• Help with classroom organisation and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Encourage students to be engaged, motivated, and confident in their learning
• Assist with the preparation and supervision of classroom resources
• Support in interventions for students who have SEN or challenging behaviour needs
