High-end Gardner

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Landscape Gardener to join our Clients prestigious landscaping team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful, high-end gardens for our Clients discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain luxurious garden landscapes
• Select and care for a wide variety of plants, trees, and shrubs
• Perform expert pruning, trimming, and shaping of vegetation
• Install and maintain irrigation systems and water features
• Manage soil health and implement fertilization programs
• Oversee and execute hardscaping projects (e.g., patios, walkways)
• Provide expert advice to clients on plant care and garden maintenance
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and vehicles
• Supervise and train junior gardening staff as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in high-end landscaping or gardening
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Extensive knowledge of plants, horticulture, and landscape design principles
• Proficiency in using various gardening tools and equipment
• Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional quality

Qualifications:

• Degree or certification in Horticulture, Landscape Design, or related field preferred
• Specialized certifications (e.g., pruning, pest management) are a plus
