Spencer and James are currently seeking experienced Electricians with a history of social housing Voids works to join a Tier 1 Main Contractor in London. Our client offers stability with permanent contracts, ideal candidates will have previous experience working for a main contractor, in social housing.

About the role:

You will deliver Remedials, Planned Maintenance, and Reactives to Void Social Housing properties in South London. Work will be assigned via a PDA device, and you will complete daily works sheets to keep track of the jobs completed and materials used. This role is mobile therefore a drivers license is essential. Please see the essential qualifications required below.

Duties include:

• Electrical repairs, renewals and installations
• Working in void properties
• Delivering high quality work standards
• Working productively to complete tasks in alignment of your assigned schedule
• Communicating well with colleagues and residents
• Reporting to a Supervisor

Essential Requirements:

• Full UK drivers license
• An Electrical Level 3 NVQ
• 18th Edition
• 2391 Testing and Inspection
• Previous experience working within social housing
• Great communication/ customer service skills
• Superb standard of work
